Since Greenbox has been using videos to complete surveys (a very easy and convenient way to provide quotes to clients) it means that we can move people from much further away than we used to as we don’t need to travel to complete the quotation. Yesterday we completed a flat removal for Oliver from his Manchester city centre apartment to a house in Leeds. The video he had made and sent to us was perfect, he followed our instructions to the letter. This allowed us to assign the right size van and the right number of people to ensure the move got completed with the correct amount of resources at the best price possible. As a result of this the house removal went swimmingly
