Did a flat removal in Leeds City Centre on Saturday for Isobel.
I must admit there was a little more than I was expecting but Isobel was great as she watched the van to make sure I didn’t get ticketed by any parking wardens (I had to park on double yellows).
Got the flat moved to Harehills in 3 hours flat which I was very chuffed with, I think I have to also thank Isobel’s daughter Naiha for that as she helped a bit too.
I’m a little envious of the two of them as they’re going to see the new Planet of the Apes film at the cinema. I think I’m going to have to wait for it to come out on DVD as summer is the busiest time for house moves and flat moves.
Isobel just made me laugh as she said that Naiha has compared me to Bear Grylls. Perhaps I have the strength and stamina though I definitely don’t share his taste in food!
