Completed a house move from Leeds to York for a really wonderful family today with Alvin.

Greenbox had won the quotation, possibly because we were the cheapest, but as Victoria pointed out, because I liked Banksy – a stencil by whom she had on her wall.

Victoria had two of the most lovely children I’d ever moved – Jonah and Francie. They had more hugs on them than I’ve moved fridge freezers and they even persuaded their mum to get Alvin and I some beer as a tip! They were ace.

At the end of the day we were both given sheets of paper by Francie (pictured) and a portait by Jonah – a budding comic strip artist (later to be pictured).

We split the beers, one of which I’m having now – it is Friday night after all.
