Back in July we did a house move for Tom and Sophie from Burley in Wharfedale to Guiseley. Really lovely people and the move went well (as usual).
Then, in November, we’re asked by my neighbour, Jane, to complete part 4 of her relocation to Burley in Wharfedale – we originally moved Jane up to Armley from Slough in July, to her Mum’s house. And lo and behold, the house we moved her to in Burley was the same one we moved Tom and Jane out of only a few months before!
To be honest, I hadn’t even realised (we do go into a lot of properties), but it was my colleague, Dan, who recognised we’d been there before.
It’s not the first time we’ve been in the same property, as we’ve moved a number of people more than once, but this was the first for moving different people out than we moved in.
Dan said he felt like he was in the Twilight Zone!
