Last week we completed two house clearances in Leeds and most of the items we managed to give to Slate and St Vincents. We even completed them both on the same day!
One clearance was for Josie who will shortly be moving to America for work so she had no need for all her furniture etc. Josie was great, really well organised, and was also grateful for the early start of 6.30am as it meant that she could get to work for 10am. This early start also meant we could get on to our next clearance in Kippax.
Again, Ann and David had everything in order and it only took us about an hour to get everything on the van. We even had time to talk a little politics as the general election is on its way! I don’t think we put much of the world to right but it was good having a little moan about it all.
