Flood Damage

Jan 11, 2016 | House Moves

On our first day back after the Christmas break, last Tuesday, we helped a client move all her salvaged belongings from her flooded house in Tadcaster.

It truly is a terrible thing, seeing all those personal items ruined in the skips outside, such waste. What a dreadful impact these floods are having on people’s lives.

We got all her possessions out from the upper-floors and into her new property within the day, though it was a very late finish – we didn’t get home till 10am. It certainly was a big first day of 2016.
