Greenbox Removals often comes across pieces of furniture that people don’t want from house clearances or house moves and we can usually find a nice new home for them.
A friend of mine, Stell, who works for Renew in Leeds, has a client who has broken their leg and couldn’t get up the stairs in their house to get to bed.
Stell asked me if I had any 2nd hand single mattresses available and by luck I did. We got the mattress (somehow) in her car and it’s now with her client. Unfortunately the cast isn’t coming off their leg for 6 weeks but at least they can sleep easy now.
